By the year 2025 Sindh Boy Scouts Association has grown to 0.2 million membership as a dynamic, self reliant, skill based Educational Youth Organization extending to all sectors of Society providing value based, challenging and attractive youth program through efficient leadership and effective organizational management, enjoying both Government and Public support, making a significant contribution to the Society in Nation Building.
The Mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where Youth are motivated to become good citizens and play a constructive role in the Society.
Scouting in Sindh has a long history that started when Lord Baden-Powell visited the region in 1921. The Sindh Boy Scouts Association was formed in 1926, with its headquarters in Karachi by Seth Cheetumal Subhraj. In 1947, Muhammad Ali Jinnah take oath as chief scout of Pakistan and it became part of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association in the same year. Many dedicated leaders have contributed to its success.
