Our adult volunteers are the heart of our organization, dedicating their time, skills, and enthusiasm to nurturing the next generation of leaders through the Scouting movement. Here, you’ll discover more about our Assistant Leader Trainers (ALTs) and Leader Trainers (LTs), who play pivotal roles in training and guiding our Scout Leaders.
Assistant Leader Trainers (ALTs) are passionate individuals actively involved in shaping the future of Scouting in Sindh. Through specialized training and mentorship, ALTs empower Scout Leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to inspire and lead young Scouts effectively. They are committed to fostering a culture of leadership, teamwork, and community service within the Scouting community.
Leader Trainers (LTs) are experienced leaders with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Scouting. They are entrusted with the responsibility of designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Scout Leaders. Through their guidance and mentorship, LTs equip Scout Leaders with the necessary tools to create impactful Scouting experiences for young people, instilling values of integrity, service, and leadership.
At Sindh Boy Scouts Association, we extend our deepest gratitude to all our adult volunteers, both ALTs and LTs, for their unwavering commitment and dedication to the Scouting movement. Their selfless service and tireless efforts inspire and empower young people to become responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow. Together, we continue to build a brighter future for our youth and our communities, guided by the principles of Scouting and the spirit of camaraderie.
