This course equips leaders to guide Shaheen Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Rover Scouts, helping them earn badges and plan effective unit programs. Participants will learn to enhance their leadership skills and run successful annual scouting activities

Objectives

After completing this course, the Scout Leader will be able to:

  1. Understand the programs and activities of the relevant section. They will be able to assist Shaheen Scouts and Boy Scouts in obtaining the initial “Bank” badges and Rover Scouts in acquiring the first “Rick” badge.

  2. Implement the programs and activities of the relevant section through unit meetings.

Number of Participants

  • Minimum age of participants: 18 years
  • Minimum 18 and maximum 40 participants
  • There is no restriction on the maximum number of participants for trainee teachers.

Organization

The local district associations can organize this course according to their needs with at least one month's prior permission from the provincial headquarters.

Provincial district associations can issue certificates for unit leader courses with the course leader's signature.

#3

National/Provincial headquarters can also organize this course as needed and issue certificates.
