The Youth Programme encompasses all beneficial activities provided to youth aged 6 to 25 years through scouting. They participate in various activities according to the scouting methodology and its objectives, forming their character through these activities. These activities or occupations, regardless of gender, ethnicity, and region, are for all children and youth, including special individuals. These activities include camping, outdoor activities, biking, social services, community development projects, and participation in scouting events at local, provincial, national, and international levels. All youth participate in these activities under the scouting method, which is based on a young person’s personal development.
The most important aspect of this scouting method is the patrol system. Scout leaders should pay more attention to this. Every Scout leader should study the National Youth Programme Policy and System of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association.
